EXTENDED SELLER WARRANTY – Faults Occurring Within 360 Days of Receipt
If any of our products develop a fault within the first 360 days or DOA (Dead on Arrival) we will collect the item on a suitable business day and either, replace, repair or refund depending on availability of the product.
Laptops sold abroad – this warranty covers laptops sold abroad, however Buyer would need to return the laptop on his cost and his responsibility.
Not covered By Seller Warranty
Any Accidental damage, physical damage or liquid damage are not covered by the warranty.
Software issues are not covered by the warranty.
Batteries are not covered under any standard warranty unless reported within the first 30 days from delivery. Given the nature of battery operation, their respective performance cannot be guaranteed.
