Product Descriptions:
The product descriptions provided on our website are accurate and represent the actual condition and features of the refurbished laptops we sell. Customers are required to review all pictures provided before placing an order.
Pricing and Payment:
Prices include local taxes if applicable. Prices do not include import fees in other countries when selling abroad. Customers outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for paying Import VAT or other import fees. We accept payments through PayPal, Klarna, Credit and Debit Cards, Direct Bank Payment, and Cash for in-store purchases at our shop in Lincoln. Unless stated otherwise, all shipping costs are included in the price.
Shipping and Delivery:
We operate from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched on the same day and delivered to the customer on the next working day. For deliveries within the UK, we use DPD, UPS, and Royal Mail. For international deliveries, we use DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail. We are responsible for delivering items to customers in good physical condition. If there is any loss or damage during the delivery process, we will handle it, and the customer will not be held responsible. In case an item is lost, we will provide a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available. If an item arrives damaged, we will provide a return label, refund the money, or provide a replacement once the item is returned to us. Returns and Refunds:
We offer a 14-day free return policy for our laptops and desktops. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund, including shipping costs (up to €30 for EU countries). It is important to note that the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item is in the same condition as it was received, undamaged, and unused. All laptops are protected with a Warranty Void Sticker, and we may refuse a refund if the laptop is returned with the Warranty Void Sticker removed or damaged. Warranty and Repairs:
All our products are covered by a 90-day Return to Base warranty. Warranty claims will be resolved through repair or replacement, depending on feasibility. If repair is not feasible, the product will be replaced. Refunds requested after the warranty period are at the discretion of the management. The decision will depend on the length of time the buyer has had the product and its condition upon return. Deductions may be made from the refund amount based on the condition of the returned product. It is important to note that the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item is delivered to our shop in Lincoln undamaged. Accidental damage, physical damage, liquid damage, and software issues are not covered by the warranty. Batteries are not covered under any standard warranty unless reported within the first 30 days from delivery due to their nature of operation.
