SELLER WARRANTY – Faults Occurring Within 30 Days of Receipt

If any of our products develop a fault within the first 30 days or DOA (Dead on Arrival) we will collect the item on a suitable business day and either, replace, repair or refund depending on Buyer’s preference or availability of the product.

SELLER WARRANTY – Faults Occurring after 30 Days of Receipt

All our products are covered by a 90-day Return To Base warranty.

Warranty claims will be resolved through repair or replacement, depending on feasibility. If repair is not feasible, the product will be replaced.

Refunds requested after the warranty period are at the discretion of the management. The decision will depend on the length of time the buyer has had the product and its condition upon return.

Deductions may be made from the refund amount based on the condition of the returned product.

It is important to note that the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item is delivered to our shop in Lincoln undamaged.


After purchase, all of our customers are provided with 12 months free service. In the event that there is a fault with the laptop/desktop after the 3-month seller warranty has ended, the customer has access to a further nine 9 months of free service – we’ll fix the laptop/desktop for free, they just need to pay for the parts. We’re always more than happy to answer technical questions and offer our support as well as any repair or upgrade services that you might need, even after the 12 months has ended.

Return to base warranty means that Buyer is responsible for the cost of the postage back to Techno Systems MC Ltd.

Warranty Seals are applied to all our systems. These are to prevent non-technical people from tampering with the systems. If these are removed or tampered without prior arrangement with Techno Systems MC Ltd then the warranty of the machine becomes invalid and will not be honored by Seller.

Not covered By Seller Warranty

Any Accidental damage, physical damage or liquid damage are not covered by the warranty.

Software issues are not covered by the warranty.

Batteries are not covered under any standard warranty unless reported within the first 30 days from delivery. Given the nature of battery operation, their respective performance cannot be guaranteed.
